Kevin Gerard Duffy, CPA, CFP, CFF
Kevin has 35 years of diverse public accounting experience. His practice has included estate planning, financial planning, retirement planning, matrimonial litigation and division of assets, asset recovery, estate taxation, business and individual tax preparation, litigation support, and IRS and State tax resolution matters.
Clientele have included lawyers, matrimonial clientele, residential and commercial developers, property management companies, construction companies (both residential and commercial), various contractor trades, fuel oil companies, hotels and restaurants, real estate agents, video gaming enterprises, insurance companies, internet sales companies, imports and exports and other retail and wholesale clients.
He has assisted in civil court proceedings, participated in arbitration and mediations, and prepared various reports with regard to assorted frauds, estates, guardianships, contract disputes, audits, construction cost analyses and IRS tax resolutions. He was also involved in Initial Public Offerings, private placements, bridge financing and preparation of Form 8-K and 10 Q's.
ERIC AMATO
Eric Amato is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant with nearly a decade of providing accounting and Tax services in the Tri State Area. Eric graduated from Baruch College with a Finance degree and has worked in the Accounting world since. Eric’s experience working with individuals of all income levels and all different types of businesses allow him to effectively deal with any issues related to tax planning and compliance.

Ian Aizenberg is the president of Aizenberg Accounting Services LLC. Ian has over ten years of experience in the industry. His broad knowledge of business and personal tax laws help him deal effectively with issues related to federal and state income tax planning and compliance. Ian is not just a CPA but an avid real estate investor, entrepreneur and owner of several different businesses.
Ian's passion as not just a CPA, but an entrepreneur is to promote small business growth to levels in which they never expected to achieve and of course to save money in taxes.
